Four points, 1 cun lateral, superior and inferior to the umbilicus.

How to find

These four points are arranged in a star shape around the umbilicus.

Needling

Vertically 0.5–1 cun. Caution: Peritoneum, pregnancy.

● Distension, diarrhoea, dyspepsia, dysmenorrhoea
