Portobello Mushroom Steak
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 Portobello mushroom
2 tbsp olive oil
sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Wipe off the mushrooms with a paper cloth or mushroom brush (don't use water).
- Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well.
- Let marinate for 5-10 minutes.
- Put in a dehydrator, (hot air) oven (max 50C/120F degrees), in the sun or on your
- (heated) radiator for about 1-2 hours or until tender.
- Eat immediately (great when still warm)
It's that easy! Enjoy.
Tips
- If you serve it warm, it's like having a cooked dish!
- You may serve as it is or you could add some marinated onions, chopped tomato
cubes, parsley for decoration. - Next time try adding raw tamari (gluten free soy sauce), garlic, lemon and or
cayenne pepper to the marinade.
