Divinity School's program in Women's Studies and Religion.

E. WARWICK SLINN is Associate Professor of English at Massey University, New
Zealand. He has studied in Canada and England and has been a Fulbright
Scholar at the University of Virginia and Duke University. He is the author of
Browning and the Fictions of Identity (University Press of Virginia, 1982) and
The Discourse of Self in Victorian Poetry (Macmillan, 1991).
