Finger Stretching Exercise
This is a great finger stretching exercise, as shown in the session, that helps develop increased flexibility with
the 1st (index) and 4th (pinky) fingers. Finger numbers are shown under each fret position. As the exercise
moves down the neck the distance needed to stretch by the fingers increases.
- Start this exercise at the 12th fret as indicated.
- Do finger pattern on all of the strings—going from 6th down to the 1st string.
- Then, repeat starting at the 11th fret working your way down the neck.
