For a more elegant look, press the whites first through a grater,
clean it, and then press the yolks through.
To perfectly hard-boil an egg, place it in a pan of cold water.
Bring the water to a boil, and as soon as it gets there, remove
from the heat and cover. Let the egg sit for 15 minutes, then
drain; place the egg in an ice-water bath and then peel.
