Stuffed Focaccia

It sounds fancy, but this recipe is a cinch to put together.
Mantuano puts his focaccia dough through a pasta machine to
make it easy to layer, but, after trying that, I found it much easier
to use a rolling pin. Make sure to sprinkle the work surface, the
rolling pin, and the dough itself with flour to save yourself any
trouble. And though this recipe specifies what to stuff in the
focaccia—mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, and olives—you can use
