the pork belly. Otherwise, one bite might yield a piece with just
fat, and another piece that’s all meat and no fat.
You can add more kimchi and cream here, if you’d like. Use
your best judgment.
The popping and spraying here is the mean kind of popping
and spraying. Instead of a general fizz of spray, every so often
it’ll go “POP” and shoot scalding hot oil at you. You may want
to use a splatter guard.
