Yogurt with Blood Oranges, Raspberries,
Cherries, and Chocolate
Serves 2 to 4
What is this dish of yogurt served with rosewater-infused cherries,
segmented blood oranges, crunchy hazelnuts, and soft bits of
chocolate? Is it breakfast? Yes. Is it dessert? Yes, it’s a dessert
too. Is it an afternoon snack? Sure, it can be, and you can mix-and-
match other ingredients as you like. Take the reins and make this
dish all your own.
