physical distress, which leads to unhappiness and illness regardless of how
fit and strong you may be.

. Take action to improve your interpersonal relationships, and your work-
ing conditions. Truly appreciate what is going well in your life—i.e., count
your blessings—rather than constantly focus on what is amiss with your
life. And rather than get upset about what may be going awry with your life,
take action to improve your circumstances. Of course this is easier said than
done. But counter that with another cliché—where there is a will, there is a
way.

. As a start of the healing process, apply this Reiki maxim. As simple as it
appears, put this maxim into practice and you can profoundly change how
your live. Just focus on getting one day right at a time.
