carry over to other areas of your life. And the great value of focus and orga-
nization in the gym shows you the way to go outside of the gym.

experience the training high.
. I have said it before, and I will keep on saying it: Hardly anyone makes the
most of their chance to train. Too few trainees experience the training high.
Never bemoan a blessing
. When training intensity is high you may get the jitters prior to a workout.
You may become fearful about your training. When this happens it is time
for a change of perspective.

in the blessing of good health that permits you to push yourself hard in the
gym. A day will come when you (and I) will not be able to go through the
rigors of a hard workout, a day when you (and I) will not be able to savor the
excitement and enjoyment that accompanies a workout.
