went to the first meeting and I’m elected chair. And I’d say in the three years that we worked through
that, my personality, my ability to get things done took a giant leap forward. And we accomplished
everything that the Congress wanted, which in retrospect was something of a miracle. Three years
went by after that, and the Congress put together a follow-up three year package. Once again, same

more about what the stakes were, what the likelihood of something happening were. So some
