Note: Above factors and quantity estimates are for initial rough order estimation
purpose only. Detailed estimates shall depend of various important factors like
location, soil bearing capacity, plant layout, plant configuration, seismic and wind
zones, infrastructure requirements etc.

Various other factors which has been analyzed from the final data of Projects can
be generally used as under for estimation:

1. Excavation quantity in m3 : 3.0 times the RCC quantity in cum


2. Shuttering quantity in m2 : 3.7 times the RCC quantity in cum


3. PCC quantity in m3 : 0.25 times the RCC quantity in cum


4. Miscellaneous work in a Project i.e. plaster, painting, Grouting, structural steel
   for civil, insert, pocket, Water proofing, door windows ~10% of the total Project
   cost
