towardsthe light,alleviatetheirpains,diminish
their ignorance, abridge their journey towards
theknowledgewhichislightandlife. Whoof
us that knows even a little thatwill not give
himselfforthesewhoknownaught?
We knowbytheLawimmutable,byTruth
unswerving,bytheendlessLifeofGod,thatall
divinityiswithinus,andthat thoughitbenow
butlittleevolved,allisthereofinfinitecapacity,
availablefortheupliftingoftheworld. Surely
thenthereisnotone,abletofeelthepulsingof
the divine Life, that is not attracted by the
hope tohelp and bless. And if this Life be
felt,howeverfeebly,for however brief a time,
itisbecause in theheartthere is the first thrill
of that which will unfold as the Christ-life,
becausethetimeapproachesforthebirthof the
Christ-babe,becauseinsuch a one humanityis
seekingtoflower.
