Herbs From Other Categories

Apart from herbs belonging to the category of stopping-bleeding herbs, many herbs from other
categories also stop bleeding. These, however, are more selective as they only stop bleeding in
conditions pertaining to their particular category. For example, Gan Jiang can stop bleeding only
when this is caused by Cold (which is rare), whilst a herb such as Xian He Cao (from the
stopping-bleeding category) will stop bleeding from any cause.
