• In case of intense thirst add Tian Hua Fen Radix Trichosanthis.


• In case of severe breathlessness with inability to lie down and sticky phlegm add Da
  Huang Radix Rhei and Mang Xiao Mirabilitum.


• If phlegm tastes of bile add Yu Xing Cao Herba Houttuyniae cordatae, Dong Gua Zi
  Coicis lachryma-jobi and Lu Gen Rhizoma Phragmitis communis.
