  • Huo Xiang, Hou Po and Bai Dou Kou fragrantly resolve Dampness.

  • Fu Ling, Yi Yi Ren, Zhu Ling and Ze Xie drain Dampness via urination.

  • Ban Xia helps to resolve Dampness by resolving Phlegm and harmonizing the Stomach.

  • Xing Ren helps to resolve Dampness by restoring the descending of Qi.

  • Dan Dou Chi releases the Exterior, expels Wind-Heat and relieves the irritability
    deriving from Wind-Heat.

Explanation


This formula, which has already been explained in Chapter 18, resolves Dampness and releases
the Exterior. The previous formula is better at releasing the Exterior, while this one is better at
