Yu Zhu Rhizoma Polygonati odorati 12 g
Dan Dou Chi Semen Sojae praeparatum 9 g
Cong Bai Herba Allii fistulosi 15 g
Bo He Herba Menthae 6 g
Jie Geng Radix Platycodi grandiflori 6 g
Bai Wei Radix Cynanchi 6 g
Gan Cao Radix Glycyrrhize uralensis 3 g
Da Zao Fructus Ziziphi jujubae 3 g

Explanation



  • Yu Zhu and Bai Wei nourish Stomach-Yin and clear Stomach Empty-Heat.

  • Dan Dou Chi and Cong Bai release the Exterior and stop sneezing.

  • Bo He and Jie Geng release the Exterior and restore the dispersing and descending of
    Lung-Qi.

  • Gan Cao and Da Zao tonify Qi and harmonize.


This formula is used if there is a background of Stomach-Yin deficiency.
