Variations
- If there is stagnation of Heart-Qi from emotional problems and the patient is unhappy,
taciturn and likes to be alone, add He Huan Pi Cortex Albizziae julibrissin. - If there is stagnation of Qi on a background of Yin deficiency add Fu Shou Fructus Citri
