Moxa should be used.
Explanation
- BL-23 and Ren-4 tonify the Kidneys. Direct moxa can be used on Ren-4 to tonify
Kidney-Yang. - BL-28 strengthens the Bladder's function and opens the Water passages.
- Du-20 raises clear Qi and separates the clear from the turbid.
- ST-36 and SP-6 tonify Qi. SP-6 also opens the Water passages and drains Dampness
from the Lower Burner. - SP-9 drains Dampness from the Lower Burner.
- Ren-6 tonifies Qi in the Lower Burner. It combines well in this condition with Du-20
(with moxa) to strengthen Qi in the Lower Burner, raise Qi and harmonize Governing
and Directing Vessels. - KI-3 tonifies the Kidneys.
- Du-4, with moxa, tonifies Kidney-Yang and strengthens the Fire of the Gate of Vitality.
