Opino que no‘I don’t think so’These two verbs are found in a construction with que plus indicative verb:
Considero que su trabajo es excelente.
I think his/her work is excellent.
Yo también opino que sí.
I also think so.
Opino que tenemos que cambiar la ley.
I think we must change the law.Consideramos que se debe convocar una nueva reunión.
We consider a new meeting must be summoned.
Note also tense agreement between the main verb and the complement verb when
opinar and considerar are used in tenses other than the present.Considerábamos que era una persona honrada.
We thought he/she was an honest person.
Ellos opinaban que había que vender.

they seem to be less frequent than the constructions seen previously, with verbs such as
creer, pensar and opinar.

I’m of the opinion that it has to be done again.
Mi opinión es que es mejor que no se lo digas a nadie.
My opinion is that you’d better not tell anyone.
A mi parecer/juicio/modo de ver, deberíamos llamarlos a declarar.
In my opinion, we should summon them to give evidence.
En mi opinión, éste es un asunto delicado.
In my opinion, this is a delicate matter.
Desde mi punto de vista, es una tontería.
From my point of view, it’s nonsense.
