there is a small grid and pencil icon. Highlight it, and click on the down
arrow on the right edge.

b. Click on the words “Draw Border”. Your cursor changes to a pencil icon.
Move your cursor to the upper left corner of cell A1. Click and drag to
the right and down until you get to cell Y25. Your grid should now have
a border around it. Move your cursor to the Borders toolbar and click on
the X in the upper right hand corner to remove it from your worksheet.


  1. Make sure that all the lines you draw line up with the row and column
    divisions of your grid.
    Go to View → Toolbars, and make sure Drawing has a check mark by it (if
    there is no check mark, click on Drawing). The Drawing toolbar should ap-
    pear at the bottom of your worksheet. Click on the word Draw at the ex-
    treme left, and then Snap. Click on the To Grid icon.
