15. Select and format cell C19.
    Push Ctrl+1 and make these five formatting changes.

a. Alignment tab: Change Horizontal and Vertical Text Alignment to Cen-

ter. Click on the box next to Merge cells.

b. Font tab: Change the Font to Arial and Size to 18.

c. Border tab: Under Presets, click on Outline.

d. Patterns tab: Select Red. Click OK to exit.

e. Protection tab: Uncheck the box next to Locked. This is IMPORTANT!

16. Copy the format from cell C19 into cells E19 and G19.
    Select C19. Double-click on the Format Painter icon (looks like a small
    paint brush). Click on cell E19 and then on G19.

Tip:

If you don’t see the Format Painter icon in your toolbar, you can easily add it. From

the menu, select View → Toolbars → Customize. In the dialog box that appears, click

on the Command tab, and then select Format in the left column. Scroll down the

column on the right until you see the Format Painter icon, and drag it to one of your

toolbars. I put mine next to the Paint Can, but any place will do.
