21. Before you enter the last two formulas, you need to get Excel ready to
    accept circular reasoning and manual calculation.
    From the Tools menu, select Options. Click on the Calculation tab and click
    on the radio button next to Manual. This means that Excel will no longer
    automatically calculate any formula until the user presses the F9 key.
    Make sure that the “Recalculate before save” box before is clear. Next, click
    on the box next to the word Iteration, and change the Maximum iterations
    to 1. Click OK to exit.


22. Click on cell A1. You will type in a formula that will generate a random
    number using the RANDBETWEEN function as long as cell G19 is empty.
