Someday,

the false veil of impossibility will fall.

Politicians of good will on both sides of the aisle will

enact a carbon tax and dividend plan,

fi rm in the knowledge that it is the most

simple, effective, effi cient

and perhaps most importantly,

equitable

tool available.

No other policy can decarbonize our economy faster

at a lower cost.

No other policy can more effectively mobilize

America’s endless capacity to innovate.

And no other policy can allocate economic benefi ts

more precisely to those whose legitimate and

just needs deserve to be addressed.

1 in 3 Americans have endured a weather disaster this year.

Isn’t now the time to mobilize

the political will,

the requisite resources, creativity and

entrepreneurial potential

to address the threat of climate change?

Enact a carbon tax and dividend plan.
