CONCENTRATE ON THE ORIGINAL CAUSE
Anyone who has decided to study the Art of Magic should know that this Path does not allow
scattering. The Apprentice should be focused on his studies and not be distracted by extraneous
things. Everything you might desire is already contained in the Magic Art. This is the step you
need to take and when you master the Skill, then you will get everything naturally. Do never seek
the fruit directly (these are things that distract the Disciple). The fruit is sweet, but by itself will
not satiate you. The Apprentice strives for the root (the Teachings). If you get the root, you will be
able to plant it, it will grow into a tree and will bear fruit regularly if you take good care of it. The
Apprentice is not looking for the effect, but the root cause. You become what you focus on, so be
careful in what you focus on.
SEE THE WORLD IN A NEW WAY
Change your way of seeing the world. Change your attitude... The human way of seeing usually
includes only one possible correct way. Of course, there is no such thing as a proper view. Either
you understand and you can apply your understanding or not. Many people may have different
points of view, but here we are not talking about a public attitude, but about the seeing of one
person as an individual. Most people form a specific opinion about what each particular thing
should be, based on what society has offered them as a range of choices. They have an opinion on
how we should behave in front of society, what a man should be like, what a woman should be
like, how children should behave, how every social caste should behave, etc. There are very few
individuals who do not have a formed opinion on every issue. The Magician has no opinion on
anything and every time he can look at the picture from several different angles and choose the
one that is most suitable for the situation or the Magic Act. Magician does not follow a certain
established pattern of behavior and that`s why he is extremely flexible and incomprehensible.

The Apprentice should keep his Energy within normal limits. This means not wasting unnecessary
energy on unnecessary things. Therefore, the Apprentice should pay attention to the factors that
directly affect his energy. His thoughts. His sleep. His diet. His speaking. His exercising. His
Concentration. His sexual life.
