situations better than most—in fact, they may thrive on stress. Yet, human beings have
limitations. Separate what you need to controlfrom what you need to influenceand
what you need to let go.As a leader, be aware of producing undue stress in others. What
you can handle with ease may be stressful for them.

  2. Deal with damaging habits. No one sets out to abuse himself or herself. Often, short-
term fixes become long-term problems. Habits are often very difficult to change. Get
help if you are abusing alcohol, abusing loved ones, or abusing stimulants. If you are
    out of shape, start exercising.

  3. Stop taking yourself so seriously.Lighten up. Engage in some frivolous activities.
