A I’ll have been there three years
exactly next month.
I What do you enjoy most about your
work?
A Lots of things, really. But I suppose
the best thing is working as part of
a team. And also, dealing with the
public – I really like that.
I So why do you want to come and
work here?
A I just think it’s the right time in my
career for a new challenge.
I I see. Do you realise that this is a
part time position?
A Yes, I do. I’m planning to start
a degree course with the Open
University, so I need time for that.
I I understand. Would you be
interested in going full time at a
later date?
A Perhaps. I hadn’t really thought
about it.
I Is there anything you would like to
ask about the job?
A Yes. Is there a company pension
scheme?
I Well, yes and no. There is a scheme,
but it’s only open to full time
employees.
