Nowfrytheminboilingoil.
(6) Cut the mushrooms, chicken, bamboo
shoots,andgingerrootintothreads1^inches
long. Fryfor 5 minutesinahot,oiledpan.
(c) Pour this over the eggs. Add twice
morethanenoughprimarysouptocover and
cookuntil 2 cupsofliquidremain.
(d) AddChinesegravy.
