%cupsaltedalmonds,diced

(a) Putthepikeinasmallamountofsalt
waterandstirforl/^hour. Thenmixwiththe
ham, onions, and almonds.


(&) Removetheseedsfromthesquashand
fillwiththepike,ham,etc. Fryinboilingoil
untilyellow.

(c) Cookinprimarysoupfor%hour.

(d) AddagravymadeofChinesesauce,a
few drops of sesamima-seed oil, sweet sauce,
andcornstarch.
Garnishwithparsley.
