Heatthewateruntilitjustreachestheboil-
ing-point,butnomore. If youarescientific,
insert a thermometer graduated with centi-
gradedegrees. When itreaches 99° remove
fromthefireatonce.
Pour immediately into a half-pint teapot
whichcontains 1 teaspoonfulofChinesetea.
Keep covered for three minutes. Then
serve.
