Pork (2pounds)
4 poundsskinnedpotatoes
1 smallpieceginger, pounded
1 cake Chineseredcheese
1/2cupFunWine
1 piecegreencarrot
(a) Oilthefrying-pan. Put inthe pork.
Fry until brown. Turn frequently so that
every part of the pork receives the same
amountofheat.
(&) Addtheginger andthe wineand fry
for 2 minutes.
(c) Takeoutandputintoabowl. Putthe
juice left in the frying-pan into a separate
bowl.
(d) Add^2 cupsofwatertotheredcheese
andmash.
(e) Put the potatoes into a cooking-pan.
Addthecarrot. Placetheporkontop. Add
enough water to cover. Pour over this the
juiceandthecheese.
