wasat Silverstone:“Ifwegotthetime,we’dgo
forFridaypractice.Therewerefewerpeople
aroundandyoucouldmeetthedrivers.I’vegot
moviefootagefromthen,too.”
“ItooksomepicturesofJochenRindt,”he
continues,“thenI walkedbetweena coupleof
transportersandtherewasDanGurney, who
justlookedupandsaid,‘Hi’.
“I wouldn’t bringbackthedangerelementof
thosedays,butI thoroughlyenjoyedit andwas
privilegedtoseethateraof racing.”
