13 Deon Rossouw, CEO of The Ethics Institute (based in Pretoria,
South Africa) and Extraordinary Professor in Philosophy at the
University of Stellenbosch. He was the Founding President of the
Business Ethics Network of Africa (BEN-Africa) and also served as
President of the International Society of Business, Economics and Ethics
(ISBEE). He served as Director Business Ethics at Globlethics.net in
Geneva during 2008 and 2009.

is currently the President of Hartford Seminary and Professor of Ethics
at Hartford Seminary, USA.

able Development (DSD) branch of the UN. The Agenda is a plan of
action for people, planet and prosperity and consists of 17 Sustainable
Development Goals and 169 targets. They seek to build on the Millenni-
um Development Goals and complete what these did not achieve. They
seek to realize the human rights of all and to achieve gender equality and
the empowerment of all women and girls. They are integrated and indi-
visible and balance the three dimensions of sustainable development: the
economic, social and environmental.
