sors led by Massimo Di Terlizzi acted for Link

Engineering Group, American group produ-

cing software testing, in the acquisition of

Servo2000, an Italian company specializing

in software planning. The corporate M&A

team also provides legal consultancy in pri-

vate equity, banking and restructuring.
