What to do With Business Leads?
As I work with real estate investors around the country on a
regular basis, the one cry I hear the most is the need for an ongoing
supply of quality leads. Everyone is looking for more leads.
But the question I have for these investors is this: If I gave you a
thousand (1,000) real estate buyer leads today, what would you do with
them? Do you have systems in place to take care of them?
Take a few minutes and answer these questions regarding
incoming leads:



  1. How do you manage them?

  2. How do you get the most value out of them?

  3. How do you avoid the tire kickers as much as possible?

  4. How do you make money off of them without EVER talking
    to them?

  5. How do you find the deals?
    This is more important than many investors realize. What good
    is an endless supply of leads if there is no system in place to manage
    them? Without systems, you will quickly crash and burn.
