Understand Classifieds as a Marketing Mainstay
Classified ads have been the backbone for many real estate
investors’ marketing plans. They are both simple and effective.
Classifieds cannot only announce your properties in print publications,
but they also work in cyberspace.
When talking about classifieds, we are differentiating from sites
that allow you to post your available properties complete with an array
of photos and a complete descriptions. Online classified ads are very
short—like the ones you find at the back of a newspaper.
I have talked to many investors who are unaware of the many
online classified sites that are available. This is a shame because, unlike
your local newspaper, the use of these sources is often completely cost-
free. Once you become aware of such an opportunity, how could you
