You will have individuals in your contact list who are not at all
comfortable with your creative financing methods. These leads can go
to your agent friend. Likewise, the agent will have the names of people
who cannot qualify for conventional loans, or people who are looking to
buy directly from an investor. Those leads could come to you. You
might also gain access to the names of “expired listings.” This list of
frustrated home sellers is exactly what you need!
These are just a few examples of how an understanding,
cooperative agent can benefit your business. This agent may also know
the names of other professionals in the field with whom you can be
connected.
So don’t give up. Keep seeking until you find the agent (or
agents) who sees the rewards of this type of strong relationship.
