healthier but that is far from the truth. In fact a gluten-free diet isn’t healthier! If you
have celiac disease which 1% of Americans do, the condition which is caused by an
abnormal immune response to gluten then I would say yes, eat gluten-free! But for the
rest of us, by eating gluten-free we are essentially taking out the vitamins, minerals and
fiber from wheat which is the most important part!!! This is the stupidity that I am going
to straighten out for you in this e-book, I know it’s a dirty job but somebody has to do
