Great tasting salad that will take you 15 minutes of prep time and about 5 minutes of
cooking time for a total of 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, juice reserved
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
12 ounces mixed salad greens
How to prepare:
 Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
 Add almonds, and cook, stirring frequently, until lightly toasted.
 Remove from heat, and set aside.
 In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons reserved mandarin orange juice, oil,
and vinegar.
 In a large salad bowl, toss together the toasted almonds, mandarin oranges and
mixed salad greens.
 Season with some sea salt
