becomes inflamed by a strain or even normal use. Bromelain causes the uric acid crystals
to decompose thus relieving you from the pain associated with gout. Unlike pineapple
stems, pineapple fruit does not contain enough bromelain enzyme to provide any
provable medicinal effects. If taken regularly, bromelain may also prevent repeated gout
attacks. Foods high in potassium like bananas are also key in order to reduce uric acid
levels. Make sure to favor these certain foods over others since they are more beneficial
for your uric acid levels in avoiding gout attacks in the future. Yes I also use apple cider
vinegar in my salads, occasionally cook with turmeric, have some celery seeds, flax seeds
and sprinkle some cinnamon in my oatmeal but there is no one single remedy in
beating gout, you have to follow a healthy gout diet plan where your diet consists of
80% carbohydrates, 10% fat, 10% protein and some exercise. There is no magic potion
in a bottle either! All those snake oil salesmen on the web who try to sell you their brand
of a gout cure are simply robbing you blind. Ya, you could probably take some baking
soda relieve yourself of a gout attack once or twice but it won’t cure you...You can’t take
a home remedy and say to yourself, that you can eat all the junk that you want. Good
gout health can only come from the diet I just described to you in this e-book...Nothing
else! This is also true for all diseases not just gout, as you have read in this e-book from
the other diseases I’ve touched upon. All these diseases are caused due to our bad
eating habits and lack of exercise. It’s that simple. By following this diet, your body will

What if you are obese and have gout? The next paragraph is verbatim from my post on

It’s not a big revelation that being obese or being above your ideal weight can cause you a
lot of health problems and one of them of course is gout. When I got my first gout attack I
weighed 240 pounds, about 45 pounds overweight from my ideal weight as per my doctor.
