Garden Salad
This salad is standard fare in any restaurant. Nothing fancy, no frills, just your basic side salad. It’s a quick and easy addition to a meal that
needs just a little something extra. Make it with the freshest ingredients and it will be something special.
SERVES 2 TO 4
1 small head red leaf lettuce, torn into small pieces
1 small head green leaf lettuce, torn into small pieces
1 cup radish, clover, and sesame sprouts
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
2 large tomatoes, cored and cut into wedges
2 cups Green Goddess Dressing
2 carrots, shredded
Pansy flowers, for garnish
In a salad bowl, make a bed of the lettuces and sprouts. Top with the cucumber and tomatoes and drizzle with the salad dressing. Garnish with the
carrots and pansies and serve.
