Waldorf Salad Dressing
This Waldorf-style dressing is a perfect replacement for the traditional mayonnaise-based dressing. It includes a great raw, vegan mayo
replacement that is further enhanced with orange juice, dill, and onion, making an easy and delicious dressing for a Waldorf salad.
MAKES 2½ CUPS
RAW MAYONNAISE
½ cup raw tahini
¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 seeded, soaked dates, drained
2 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos, or 1 teaspoon sun-dried sea salt
¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons dried dill
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 cup filtered water
Combine all of the mayonnaise ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until combined. The
dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 days.
