Cucumber-Dill Dressing
This light dressing is perfect when you want the flavor of the salad to be stronger than that of the dressing. Its flavor is sweet and sour yet not
overpowering.
MAKES 2 CUPS
1 cucumber, thickly sliced
¼ cup chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon Bragg Liquid Aminos
Juice of ¼ lemon
1 cup filtered water or cucumber juice (from about 2 cucumbers)
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. The dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 days.
