Festive Sprouted Wild Rice


Sprouted black long-grain wild rice has a robust taste and smell. The seeds sprout in water, which you change twice a day. When the seeds are


rinsed, the earthy aroma rises up. Take a deep inhalation as you pour out the water, and enjoy the scent.


SERVES 4 TO 6

5 cups sprouted wild rice
½ onion, minced and rinsed
1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 cup corn kernels (approximately 2 ears corn)
5 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos
3 tablespoons paprika
Juice of 1 orange

In a large bowl, combine the rice, onion, bell pepper, and corn. Stir in the Braggs, paprika, and orange juice and serve.
