Cashew Sauce
This fabulous sauce is a smoother version of our standard nut crème. Use this one on any dessert, or just dip Fruit Rawies in it.
MAKES 2 CUPS
1 cup soaked cashews, drained
4 seeded, soaked dates, drained
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ cup filtered water
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
