CHARGE: To induce an electrical current and store it.


COMPOST: The breakdown of organic materials.


CONVENTIONALLY GROWN: Grown with chemicals and pesticides.


CULTIVATED: Grown for the purpose of eating.


CULTURED: Food with healthy bacteria living on it.


DEHYDRATED: Food with water evaporated from it.


ELIMINATION: The expulsion of waste matter from the body.


ENEMA: A method of cleansing the colon using water.


ENZYME: Substance that splits food into its vital parts.


EVAPORATE: To remove water by using warmth.


EXFOLIATE: Stimulating the skin to release toxins.


FASTING: The removal of something from daily practice.


FECAL MUCOID MATTER: Old material stuck to the colon walls.

PREDIGESTED: Easier to assimilate due to living bacteria.


PREPARING: Creating a raw food meal.


REMINERALIZE: To introduce organic minerals to water.


SPROUT: The young growth of a future plant.


VEGAN: No animal products, meat, dairy, or eggs, and honey-free.


WILD: Produced by nature without any help from man.
