These tools are used to remove water and dry food.
CABELA’S: A great dryer, with a glass front, digital timer, and varied settings. Powerful and efficient.
CERAMIC DRYING TRAY: A flat porcelain or ceramic dish for solar drying.
EXCALIBUR: A dryer with a variety of temperature settings, good for both home and commercial applications.
HARVEST MAID: A large dryer good for home use.
STACK: Not very efficient, but a type of cheap and easy-to-obtain dehydrator. It stacks one tray on top of another, and has a heating element at its
base, so this method relies on thermal convection for the drying process.
