Lilistar
Star fruit, or carambola, are a sweet juicy fruit with a very mild flavor. Mixing them with the juice of the passion fruit, which is sometimes known as
lilikoi, brings out the tropical tang.
SERVES 2 TO 4
5 star fruits, ribs removed and seeded
1 passion fruit, shell removedProcess the fruits through a juicer or purée in a blender and strain. Pour into glasses and serve.
