analysis, as a technology of behavior change, is
having a wide impact on socially important prob-
lems of human behavior. A personalized system of
instruction is an example of applied behavior analy-
sis in higher education. Research shows that mas-
tery-based learning is more effective than alterna-
tive methods of instruction, but colleges and
universities its implementation.
