sending migrants seeking asylum to be
processed offshore. Gibraltar and the Isle of
Man had been considered at this point, but
subsequently Albania has been discussed. Just
as the Albanians hadn’t heard about the UK’s
plans, I doubt the seagulls on Rockall had in
my cartoon scenario. I do think these schemes
are discussed to put the frighteners on people.”
